Another Comment On The NPR Piece

This is from a Realtor in Washington State:

I listened to your piece on NPR this morning. We in WA state would appreciate experts like yourself to stop creating this self-fulfilling prophecy regarding the real estate market.

The fact is there are a few areas where the market is not as affected by the national trends and WA is one. I am concerned you did not explain a national average and that not every market is experiencing what you described on NPR.

Please add this information which you can confirm to your repertoire. Please don’t think we are unconcerned about following the trend. We do counsel our clients about the changing market but would appreciate your attention to telling the whole truth and that certain markets appear not to be following this trend downward.
