New Construction Homeowners Association Yields To Rental Properties

What happens when you move into a new neighborhood expecting a homeowners association and instead find that the builder is renting out homes? You may feel that the builder misled you into believing that there would be a homeowners association. In this situation a home owner can check into whether there’s a document setting up a homeowners association and checking into local laws to see if a homeowners association is required.
