I started the show talking about the hearings on Detroit. I was blindsided this week by the stupidity of the three car company heads from Detroit, who couldn’t even pool their resources to use ONE plane to fly to the congressional hearings. Nope, they needed to each fly their own planes.

It’s symptomatic of the deafness these three heads (Nardelli among them) to what’s really going on in the country.

The first caller to the show said he didn’t think the government should be making the decision to save some companies and not others, and while he doesn’t think we should lose 1 million car manufacturing jobs, he also doesn’t think we should be so quick to hand out cash.

When is a company too big to fail? Is Detroit too big to fail? Leave your comments here.
