If you're having trouble keeping track of your medical expenses, try Quicken's Medical Expense Manager software. It retails for $60, but you can buy it for less. It'll really help keep your insurance paperwork organized.
And if you own investment properties, and are looking for an easier way to keep track of the costs, income and expenses, try Quicken Rental Property Manager. It retails for about $99, but again, I think you can probably get it for less.
Quicken Rental Property Manager isn't perfect, but it really makes it a whole lot easier to figure out whether you're making money or losing money on your properties.
