Alan Keiter, who runs the excellent website, www.myrateplan.com, dropped me a note today to let me know that he added a page to MyRatePlan today summarizing the one-time telephone tax refund.
"It's not a huge dollar amount, but something that almost everyone who has made a phone call in the last few years is eligible for, and can claim even if they aren't filing a tax return," he wrote.
If you're getting started on your taxes, don't leave out this line item.
