I've got a special guest coming on the show this week: Bill Effros is a regular guy who sold his own house in 5 days about 15 years ago. He's a real estate investor, based in New York, doing well.

Of course, he decided to write a book about his experience. It's called "How to Sell Your House in 5 Days," and the third edition has just been published by Workman. Bill is a lively fellow and he'll be a special guest on the show this Sunday to talk about his experiences and how you can sell your home in 5 days.

As regular listeners of the show know, I'm having a tough time trying to sell an investment property that I own. My partners and I are discussing whether we want to try this method out. I don't know if it can work for everyone, but tune into the show and I'm sure learn something.
