Here's another question from the show today: What do you know about the Coral Springs, Florida real estate market for sellers?

I was in Coral Springs either earlier this year or last year. In general, Florida is tough for condo sellers but parts of it are okay for single family homeowners.

But knowing what's going on state-wise or even city-wise isn't going to help you sell your home on your block. The most important piece of information you need to know is how fast homes on your block and in your neighborhood are selling.

Your local real estate agent can help -- whether or not you try to sell on your own.
