The name of the website is Iggy's House - www.iggyshouse.com/. This site, which is a sister site to www.buysiderealty.com/, will list your house in your local MLS for free if you live in Georgia, Illinois, and I think California. They are adding more states later this year. BuySide Realty is a discount brokerage service that will rebate up to 75 percent of the buyer broker's commission in a transaction.
