Blog: 12 States Accept Transfer On Death Deeds For Real Estate

We've learned that 12 states now accept TOD deeds (or beneficiary deeds). They are:
Arizona Arkansas Colorado Kansas Minnesota Missouri Montana Nevada New Mexico Ohio Oklahoma Wisconsin
