With the economy in crisis and the car industry in the media spotlight, one Chicago metropolitan area Dodge dealership is going to unusual lengths to stimulate car sales.

The Bettenhausen Dodge dealership in Tinley Park, Illinois, is offering two cars for the price of one as long as supplies last!! We've all seen 2-for-1 deals at the grocery story and even at department stores but for cars?

According to a press release that the company sent out this morning, Bettenhausen isn't trying to get rid of a few cars -- their deal applies to 10 different types of new Dodge Vehicles including the 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan, Charger, Durango or Dakota.

Sounds like this car dealer isn't selling anything. Is this just a once in a lifetime type deal or will we be seeing more of these sorts of sales in the new year with our new economy?
