Blog: Ilyce's Recipes: Strawberry, Rhubarb & Cranberry Crumble
Added May 25, 2009 by Ilyce R. Glink
The crumble was delicious. Here's what it looked like. And, here's the recipe:
5-6 cups of whole fruit cut up. 10x6x2 pan 1/2 cup quick-cook oatmeal 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup of flour (more if the fruit is very wet) 1/2 tsp cinnamon (I used more) quarter cup of butter or margarine 2 tablespoons sugar pinch of salt
Mix the oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt together. Cut in butter. Put fruit in the pan. Top with sugar. Top that with your oatmeal mixture.
Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes, or until it bubbles.
Enjoy!
