I just received this email from TB&W in response to my "where's my august payment that was debited" message: TB&W is in the processing of posting payments received by our office after 8/5/2009. Late fees and negative credit reporting will be waived for the months of August and September 2009. If your loan has been transferred to a new mortgage company, the payment will be forwarded to the new company. Also, you will need to contact your new mortgage company regarding insurance payments as they are now responsible for sending escrow payments on escrowed loans. Sincerely, Customer Relations Team Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. Replies must be sent to loaninfo@taylorbean.com
