How to Search ThinkGlink.com

ThinkGlink.com is now organized by topics. Each article, video, podcast and blog entry has topics associated with it that should make it easier to find.

You can choose from more than 200 personal finance and real estate topics on ThinkGlink.com. Each topic has its own page. Think of these topic pages as the central location from which to find all available content related to the topics, regardless of its format - article, podcast, video or blog entry.

How do you find the topic pages? There are several ways to search the site:

• If you click on the TOPICS link, it will take you to a page of 200+ topics.

• From the home page, go to the green box in the upper right that says LEARN MORE ABOUT and click on one of the topics there.

• On the BLUE NAVIGATION BAR, mouse over any of the buttons and some green sub-navigation buttons will pop up. Use those to get to the TOPICS page, or some of our most popular topics within those categories.

• Use the SEARCH BOX and type in a topic you want to know more about. For example, typing in “mortgage,” “assets,” “bankruptcy,” or “1031 exchange” will bring you to a search results page. From there you can explore the topic or refine your search using the topic cloud on the right. (The topic cloud is the box on the right side of the page that has all the search terms in different sizes. The larger the writing, the more information is available on that particular topic.)

On each page of the site, you'll be able to search for RELATED videos, articles, audio or podcasts and other information. This is information that has either the same or similar topics as the content you're reviewing. You'll also be able to search ALL related videos, articles, podcasts and other information.

Once you get to a search page, you can search by date, topic or type of content. For example, you can search all videos or all articles together, and then refine that search by date uploaded.

We hope you enjoy using the new ThinkGlink.com site. We welcome your feedback. If you're having trouble finding what you need, please let us know. Please contact us.
