1 Comments:I just read your article on how to select the right agent. While I agree with you on most of it. I think your comment about lockboxes is very shortsighted. The only way to comply with being at your listing to show the home to all buyer's agents when they want to view it will only work if you only have perhaps one listing and you aren't working with any buyers. If you have 15-20 listings or more and most very sucessful agents do. The odds of having no conflicting visits between properties is infinitestimal and since most sellers use the listing agent as their buying agent. When will you get the time to show them houses?
