Neighbors Disagree About Landscaping

A homeowner put a new walkway next to his driveway and along side his neighbor’s yard, but is now having issues with the neighbor over conflicting landscaping. The neighbor installed a fence and removed the new sod along the walkway, causing the walkway to come apart.
