I'm Ilyce Glink with Expert Real Estate Tips dot net and when it comes to identity theft, truth is stranger than fiction. All those weird stories and funky urban legends.

Track

If you want to avoid getting ripped off, don't buy anything from anyone who sells door to door. If you need your roof fixed, call a top rated roofing company or go to a home improvement store.

If someone knocks at your door and tells you that your shingles are hanging or your siding is giving out, thank them for their concern and close the door.
