Q. How important is location in buying a home?

A. Location doesn’t just refer to the particular suburb or neighborhood in which you live. It also refers to the block on which your home is located, and even to your home’s placement on that block.

If corner lots are more valuable in your neighborhood and you live in the middle of the block, that’s a geographic factor you’;re not going to be able to change.

Since you can’t change this factor, always think about how easy or difficult this home may be to sell before you make an offer to purchase.
