My Thanksgiving recipe for Turkey was such a big hit, that I decided I’d post the recipe I plan to use for Christmas day.

I walked into Costco yesterday trying to decide what I wanted to make for Christmas Dinner, a time that we celebrate with close friends. They had a freezer full of standing rib roasts, something I loved as a child — and something I haven’t made in years and years.
