As was just mentioned on Clark Howard’s radio show, which Ilyce is hosting this afternoon and Friday, the Consumer Product Safety Commission issued recalls for more than 500,000 pieces of children’s jewelry which contain toxic amounts of lead.
The jewelry, sold by Michael’s and Big Lots as well as some dollar stores, was made in China. The CPSC has posted at least six children’s jewelry recalls.
