Today on the show, we took calls from: Linda about whether she should pay off her primary residence or retirement properties; Joe, who is 65 and his wife died, cahsed out all of his 401(k) money to pay off his house and wanted to know if that was a good idea; Scott, who thinks the house he and his new wife bought is too expensive and won’t appreciate over the next 10 years; Ruby, who is having her wages garnished for a debt she says she never incurred; John, whose primary income is from several rental properties and wants to sell one to diversify, cut the management time, and reduce his risk with that particular property; and from John, who just received a $180,000 inheritance and doesn’t know what to do.
