Never Too Old For Real Estate Investments

Q: I’m 53 years ago. Do you think I’m too old to begin investing in real estate?

For example, I am thinking about buying a small house for use as rental property.

A: Oprah Winfrey would say 50 is the new 30. And, I agree with her.

I don’t think you’re too old to buy rental property. But to be successful with investment property, I do think you need to have the soul of a landlord and be willing to take the good with the bad when it comes to managing tenants.

If you feel like this is something you can do, then go for it!
